Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy sets forth the terms and conditions for the shipment of orders placed with Neon Jelly Cards. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Timeframe We strive to promptly ship all orders within 1 working day of purchase. However, during exceptionally busy periods, this timeframe may be extended to 2 to 3 working days. For pre-order items, shipping will occur once stock has been received at our warehouse. Kindly note the release date specified for pre-order products, as they are typically dispatched within 2 working days from the release date.

2. Shipping Providers All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail, or in cases where this is not feasible, an alternative reputable and trackable UK provider will be utilised.

3. Regulatory Compliance Our shipping operations adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by Royal Mail, as the chosen shipping service provider. As such, certain waiting periods are mandated by Royal Mail for the submission of lost parcel claims. These waiting periods are as follows:

  • For shipments within the UK: A waiting time of 15 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • For shipments within the European Union (EU): A waiting time of 30 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • For shipments outside the European Union: A waiting time of 40 working days from the date of dispatch.

4. Lost Parcel Claims We understand the frustration that may arise from a delayed or lost item. However, in accordance with Royal Mail's guidelines, we are unable to take any action until the aforementioned waiting times have passed. Royal Mail advises that there is still a possibility for your order to arrive within these specified timeframes. Only after the prescribed waiting periods have elapsed may you submit a lost parcel claim.

5. Liability for Supplementary Costs The company shall not be held liable for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer as a result of delayed, lost, or misrouted orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all order details, including shipping information, are accurately provided at the time of purchase.

    • €14.99 EUR (2 to 11 business days)
  • UK Standard Shipping
    • FREE for orders over £50.00 (2 to 4 business days)
    • £5.99 for orders below £50.00 (2 to 4 business days)
